Nothing in NÉTESSAIRE, including your Score, ingredient compatibility notes, or Editorial content, is a substitute for a consultation with a licensed dermatologist or physician. NÉTESSAIRE does not recommend prescription products; if you use one, add it to your routine and we’ll build around it, but the decision to use it remains between you and your doctor. Stop using any product and seek medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Acceptable use

Product information and imagery in our catalog are sourced in part from Open Beauty Facts, an open, collaborative database, used under their license terms. Some links on NÉTESSAIRE may be affiliate links: if you make a purchase after following one, we may earn a commission from the retailer, at no additional cost to you. This never affects our routine scoring, which is based only on ingredients and your profile.

Intellectual property

The NÉTESSAIRE name, design, and original content (including Editorial articles) belong to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

No warranty, limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We work to keep product and ingredient data accurate, but we can’t guarantee it’s complete or error-free, and we’re not liable for outcomes from following a routine or suggestion generated by the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the Service over time; material changes will update the date above. You may delete your account at any time from the You section. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
